IMPORTANT ANOUNCEMENT - CHANGES IN LIMACH OPEN
On Limach Open in discipline sport fight, fights are taking with normal body guards and registrations is open for everyone up to (including) high green belt (5. guep): it is same forr all (limach A, limach B iand beginners).
Jastreb Open:
Younger cadets: 2006., 2007., 2008. - DaeDo PSS no kicks to the head
Cadets: 2003., 2004., 2005. - DaeDo PSS with electronic headgear
Juniors: 2000., 2001., 2002. - DaeDo PSS with electronic headgear
Seniors: 2000. and older - Adidas KP&P PSS with electronic headgear
Kids Open:
Matches are held with regular protectors (must bring own equipment).
IMPORTANT (!!!! NEW !!!!) FAMILY KICK
* A parent and a child are kicking bag at the same time where kicks are counted together for both of them.
* There is no limitation for parent gender |
